Customer Question

I cannot get my speaker and phine to pair. Has been working wonferfully but now it willl not
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: labout a year...Iphone 6
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I change the bluetooth on my phone to the correct device and then it gives me a message "ready to pair" there was something that i read about holding the 2 button down for 3 seconds but that made no difference. I unplugged the bose...still nothing. my phone does work in my car so i think I can eliminate the phone itself. I haven't had the bose but for 6 months or so
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I dont think so

Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

It has corrupted the pair so you need to reset the speaker and pair it again.

It can happen with this device.
