Customer Question

I have a Bose radio that does not work but as it is unplugged you can hear a 'pop' noise? Any ideas?

Customer: AWR1-1W don't know how old it is
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: very little as I'm not at all savvy with these issues...
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

"Does not work" means that the Bose radio does not produce any sound on any channel, nor even static when the volume is turned up, I presume?

Does the clock part work?

And, does it produce anything on AM, or FM (try both) ?
