Hey Louie, I use my mini II to watch movies and other streaming video. The problem is the voice are not clear, music is perfect. Its like all the background noise depresses the voices. can you give any tips? Mark

JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: since i got it. Ive used the Dell audio package where you have the option to pick video, voice, music. no luck

Initially, please; confirm what device is the Bose SoundLink Mini II used with ? ...describe how is the connection made.

Is the described issue of "...voice are not clear..." commonly experienced with Bluetooth and 3.5mm connections?

And have you considered / tried a RESET of the Bose?
