Home Theater Questions? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hi, I'm Nathan.Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.
Were you updating via wifi, or via ethernet?
What error/message are you getting?
Thanks for confirming,
wifi updates are never recommended for this exact reason. In most cases, it cannot be fixed.
But, there are a few steps we can attempt here to reset and possibly to manually run the update again,
Yes that is what we will try first,
then press and hold the straight button on the front panel (not the remote) while powering back on,
does that do anything? Show anything on screen?
Were you able to get any response on screen that way?
That isn't from me, that is an automated ad and part of the site.
I cannot cancel or refund anything. You paid your fee to the site, I'm an independent tech on my own personal time trying to help, waiting for the results of you taking the first step of the reset process I sent.
I cannot cancel anything. Again I'm just the tech who has been spending my own time, unpaid, trying to help.
I can help you reach a resolution, but we would need to continue communicating to do so.
You may certainly opt to stop if you choose, but I cannot do anything with payment issues.
Thanks you too.
If you decide you want to try again, feel free to get back in touch anytime.
