Hi! My name is Cindy. I was at the service center on Thurs. and the young man who helped me said that all of our equipment from Comcast was out of date, and gave me a new router, new dvd, and 2 other new boxes that I'm not sure what they are. I have connected the router and dvd, and now I have the tv running ok, but have no wifi nor phone service. Can you help me figure out what I did wrong? Thanks.
