Not sure why you are unable to reply.....
Please try performing a Factory Reset using the front panel buttons/display:-power the unit OFF.-hold TUNER PRESET CH + and TUNER PRESET CH -, while hold them press POWER button one time.-when the display begins flashing, release the two other buttons.
After the reset, test for normal operation and reply back here if that did not help so we can continue if needed.
