My sister has given me her BeoSound3200. I moved the unit

Customer Question

My sister has given me her BeoSound3200. I moved the unit from her house to my house. Assembled the unit, speakers, transformer (purchased in Australia in 2003) cables and electrical outlet plugged in. My sister does not remember the PIN code or master code.
How can I get the system to operate at my house.

Hi there,
My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

The PIN is an anti-theft device.

If your sister does not remember it, then the only way to get the system to work again is to request a mastercode which will only be supplied to the registered owner of the product.

To get this you have to contact your local B&O dealer and bring ID.

Kindly rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)
You can always reply back at any time if you need further assistance.
