Hi, I'm Nathan.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you, Patricia.

What is the make/model of the devices?
What are you trying to connect?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I don't know the make and model. The unit is about 15 years old. I got the update for it and installed it. The top CD will work, but not the other three. I checked the owners manual online. I'm not sure if the cable link is inserted far enough.

Thank you for confirming,

is it the end coming out of the cd changer, or the radio that isn't working?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The cd changer
Expert:  Nathan replied 4 months ago.

Okay there may be some dust or debris in there preventing a connection, try blowing out the end of the cord and the port on the changer, with compressed air (the type used for dusting keyboards/computers).

If no change, the cord may need to be replaced, or the changer unit may be damaged.
