Customer Question

I have a Bose Champion 5 Entertainment system. I just moved into a new place and now it doesn't seem to be working. Everything is plugged in the same as before but it does not look like the volume control wheel light is on and therefore, looks like no power. But it is plugged in. Any ideas?

Hello, My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you. I'm sorry you're having problems. In order to assist you, I need to ask for more info.

1) Are you referring to a Bose "Companion 5" (not a Champion)?

2) Roughly how long have you owned it for?

3) Are you saying there are absolutely no signs of life on the unit at all?
