Can you hold the power button until a menu shows and choose Restart
Restart the phone and tell me if the message then dissapears please.

Locate the Heos app and press it and press clear data
Once done, restart the phone and tell me if the message is then gone please
Ok, go to settings, Applications Manager
Then press on the app and press uninstall
Once done, restart the phone and install the App again and it should now have the latest version

ok, can you go to the settings, applications manager, the go to the list ALL and locate Google Play Service
Press it and press Clear Data
then restart the phone and tell me if it clears it please.
ok, we will have to reset the phone, as there is corruption causing this.
First backup any data you wish to keep as this will remove all data
Then go to Settings, Backup and Reset, Factory Data Reset
Complete the reset and once done, setup the phone again, install the app and tell me what then happens please.
So you did a full reset, the phone was as new, then you installed the app, and after you installed it it said an update was needed on the app?
ok, then 100% it is not your phone causing the issue, this we have now confirmed.
The app has a bug in it, and until they resolve this, it will not stop this behavior.
It may be happening only with your model phone, or a range of models or all models, but it is not an issue with your phone causing this, and there is nothing further you can do to stop it sorry
