Phone updates often break compatibility with other bluetooth devices, including your bose model.
Your bose will need an update as well. Bose will not help you with this in the store, their stores are sales only, they do not provide any on site services.
You need to plug the bose into a pc using the USB cable, then open this page: http://worldwide.bose.com/downloads/en/web/webapp_updater/page.html#section=start
Follow the prompts to download and install the updater program, which will then load the update files to your soundlink.
