Customer Question

I have a Yamaha HTR-6160 AV Receiver. I recently lost the ability to adjust volume while watching Blue Ray DVDs. I also lost surround sound for DVDs. I can adjust the volume for TV and radio, and I have surround sound for TV and radio. I tried another Blue Ray player, that I know works, with the same results, no volume control and no surround sound for DVDs. I also tried different DVDs with the same result.
