I have a Denon DCM-360 five CD player. The tray closed but it will not play and I cannot open it. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in a number of times.

Please try these steps unplug the unit from wallpower then hold down the eject button whilst plugging in the unit to wallpower all the time holding down the eject button let me know if that works or not please

Now do not be alarmed by this but do the same thing only this time turn the unit upside down

No, turning it upside down did not work either. But now I have loose CDs clunking around inside the changer. I'll find a technician here in town, or I'll just open the unit up and at least save my CDs.

OK you will need to get the unit apart the mechanism is jammed probably due to loading belt problems
