Customer Question

I moved and I only get static on AM How do I clear this up?
JA: Sometimes things that you think will be really complicated end up being easy to fix. The Home Theater Technician I'm going to connect you with knows all the tricks and shortcuts. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: I moved to an apartment, top floor, I have a large window facing south and I get good reception in FM but I only get static when I try AM
JA: Is there anything else the Home Theater Technician should be aware of?
Customer: I have wired TV cable openings in the room...
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Emerson Flat screen --- 3 months old
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Home Theater Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Reason for asking is that the keyboard control board directly on the tv could lock all the functions including the remote and this is often caused by cleaning fluid leaking into those buttons
