And would the HDMI sources display as expected when directly connected to the TV bypassing the SR6009?
How long is the HDMI cable from the Marantz to the TV please?
When the RESET was tried, did the Marantz displayed "Initialized" in its small screen?
And finally, is this a fresh/new install? ...or has the SR6009 been in use before with the HDMI working as expected and this issue recent?
If the RESET was not corrective, then it would be indicative of a most likely internal hardware issue.
To confirm, try temporarily connecting the SR6009 by HDMI to another TV.
