Hello, Can you please elaborate "seems to be in new condition"? Was it purchased used?

Also, I need some more info to solve this:

1) Is the receiver also connected to your TV with an HDMI cable?

2) Is the TV on the correct Input setting?

Reply back with as much detail as you can give me so I don't cover over things you've already done and we can proceed.

are you there now???????
Expert:  Aric replied 9 months ago.

Yes I am now, your first reply came in a half hour after I engaged you.

What I'm asking is if the TV is on the CORRECT INPUT setting. Meaning if you're plugged into HDMI 1 on the TV, is the TV set to HDMI 1?

Also are you able to get the Pioneer's OSD to show up on the TV?

Expert:  Aric replied 9 months ago.

Also try another HDMI cable between the Pioneer and the TV, select the correct Input on the TV and then see if you can get the Pioneer's SETUP MENU on the TV. You can't use the receiver until you run through setup. Let me know.
