Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Does this happen equally through all speakers? If you plug in headphones and listen through them, does that have the same issue?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
yes, all speakers/zones/headphones

Since it happens on all, that indicates that this is a preamp/processor issue, rather than an output/amp issue. The one thing you can try here is a microprocessor reset:Power it off,Hold down STRAIGHT on the front panel while powering onPress PROGRAM to get to the INIT menuPress STRAIGHT to select INIT ALLPower off to confirm. This clears all settings and memory, so you may have to run through some of the initial setup steps again after this.Let me know the results.Nathan
