Customer Question

I'm trying to hook up a multi zone receiver. When I connected the HDMI from the cable box to the receiver and out to the tv, I'm now getting radio interference when watching the tv. How do I stop it? It appears to be a random AM station.

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Phillip.

What is the make/model of the receiver?

Do you get the tuner sound through the main speakers or in another room?

Do you still need help with this?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Tuner plays fine on all speakers. My problem is when I try and play the tv through the speakers. I get radio interference out of the secondary speakers. I can hear the tv through the main speaker. But the radio comes through the others.

Can you please answer each specific question I've asked you?

I also need to know how the tv is connected.
