Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

This type of cellular hotspot does not support WPS connectivity.
What you have to do is determine the wifi network name, and password.

These jetpacks have a little touch screen on them. Touch on the house, then go over to info/settings, and it should show you the network name, and the wifi password.

Then on the roku it will scan for networks, find yours and you'll select it then type in the wifi password.

Let me know if you get stuck.
