Hi , I`m JackPerhaps I can help you with this problem But fisrt a few questions ;
You went through the audyssey setup (with the mic) and could hear all the speakers test tones evenly ?
Is it connected to the tv yet and can you see the GUI (on screen menu) ?
If you press the info button on the denon remote what does the screen show under "active speakers " ?
Glad to hear that but i`m not the one dealing with the money , subscription etc, just a tech.here
