I just bought a denon AVR-S710W receiver. I have done the setup and all six speakers work as well as the sub. When I turn on the system I only get sound from the front two speakers (very low) and the front center. All other speakers do not work at all. Is there a setting I am missing?

You went through the audyssey setup (with the mic) and could hear all the speakers test tones evenly ?

Is it connected to the tv yet and can you see the GUI (on screen menu) ?

If you press the info button on the denon remote what does the screen show under "active speakers " ?

Hi Jack. I found out my answer. Do I still get charged for this call? I have used you in the past for other stuff and found you people to be very helpful but in this case I called Denon as I just purchased the receiver.
