Hello, my name is Rusty. There are a few things that can cause this, so this may take a few tries. I appreciate your patience in advance.

The most experienced error is in the 2 way communication which causes either the sub or the soundbar to stop. It can be a pain to set up, but once you get it, it will hold the settings. I want you to unplug the system from power and data cables for one minute, then plug in the data cables, then power. Tell me if that makes any difference.
