I have a 1989 Luxman CD player receiver. The CD won't open

Customer Question

I have a 1989 Luxman CD player receiver. The CD won't open when called on and likely needs a new unit installed. Is this doable?

Good morning.

Hi, yes you can fix this, but there I really is no need to replace the entire CD unit for that to work. This part can be repaired.

I can help you with this either way. By simply replacing the CD unit, or repairing the existing one, usually a bad belt if it wont open. They get old over time and lose their elasticity.

But I will need some further details. And will also send you a phone offer so I can call you on this, it would be much quicker if you can accept that offer.

But either way I am here to help you with this.

May I have the full model# ***** your Luxman CD player Receiver?

Thank you
