Customer Question

I have had a B&O turntable for years and now I am getting for the first time a steady buzz sound from one of the 2 connections. It appears to be from the connector (I have switched the left right connection and even switched the connection from the phono to the aux inputs with the same result). Do I need to have the apparently faulty connection replaced? Other suggestions?
Thanks!

Hello, Which model B&O turntable do you have please?

Also when is the last time the cartridge was replaced?
