Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Turn Off both sound bar and woofer speaker.

Leave them both Off for at least 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make sure that everything else is switched Off in the vicinity of the two... radio noise interference, esp. from electric motors, could be getting in the way of the pairing.

Then after that interval, turn the sound bar On, wait 1 minute for it to warm up.

Turn the woofer On also, wait 1 more minute for it to warm up.

Go through the exact procedure in the manual for each device (sound bar, and woofer) and see if the pairing works this time.

If not: has either device ever paired wirelessly with another device, before this?

And, how old (or new) is each device of these two?
