I dropped my bose soundlink color and the rubber piece on

Customer Question

I dropped my bose soundlink color and the rubber piece on top fell off. Speaker continued playing but tried to put rubber piece back on and buttons not responding. Is that strip suppose to be touching something in particular?

Hi good morning,

Are you talking about the rubber part that the buttons attach to?

Please let me know as that will tell me a lot.

Thanks

Umm Michael, if you're familiar with my product u would already know that, yes the only rubber piece at the top is the one with the buttons. And now in order for me to answer your question which is obvious in my question I have to pay 36$ instead of the 25$? So no, I am not satisfied with your answer. Do not take money from me.
