Hello, Before we determine that your Onkyo needs to be reset- can you please tell me the following?
1) What sources are connected to the Onkyo (Cable/SAT box, DVD player, Game Console, etc.)?
2) Which ones have almost no sound?
3) (IMPORTANT): If you select the FM TUNER, is the sound still low?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I was getting almost no sound on either AM or FM. While waiting for your response, I hooked up speakers again and turned the system on. Now have good sound. Haven't yet tried other sources yet. How do I cancel the request and charge to my Visa. Should I have more/new questions, I would certainly come back to you. Thank you for consideration.
