Customer Question

Hi,
I recently bought a Pioneer HDMI surround sound system. The model number is *****
It has karaoke and can function with iPod, iPad and iPhone. I had a technician come to my house and he showed me how to get started...how to use only the Pioneer system now when using my cable tv modem, my SPS III, and my Sharp Blu ray tv ( BD-H510 ).
At the time I did not have an HDMI cable so I could not see if I could play my iTunes on the system. I have since bought that cable.
But now I can't play SPS III nor listen to iTunes off my computer and probably many more things.
My TV is a Sharp LC-32V5 LED Aquos.
Can you help me getting my SPS III and iTunes operational?
I hope you can help.
Kind regards,
Len
PS It would be ideal to have a technician who will be available for like the next 2-4 hours to iron out these and possibly other questions. Thanks.

PS I would say I need a technician for 1 hour but I know the wait time can be long sometimes from start to finish.
AND ONE IMPORTANT POINT. I LIVE IN JAPAN, but I am a native English speaker.

Please advise what you are referring to as "SPS III"?
