I have a HSB 120S32 sound bar connected to a VC325000 TV via

I have a HSB 120S32 sound bar connected to a VC325000 TV via HDMI 3. The ARC function is enabled but no sound from the sound bar.
The sound bar works on optical input and bluetooth.
This is the second soundbar I have tried with the same outcome.
Please advise if there is something else I need to do.

Hi Rob, I am sorry to hear that. This could be an issue with the TV or the soundbar, but lets make sure you have it right.In your TVs Menu do you have the audio set to channel to the soundbar?Also does your soundbar have RCA ports for inputs on it?
