hello. i have a bose radio system and it works great, however,

hello. i have a bose radio system and it works great, however, my little granson got the remote and pushed all its buttons and now, the CD player will not work...it will not accept the cd.....the display says: "no disc." its like something is stuck...there is no cd in the unit..........what can i do? should i bring in or can i fix it with your help?

i read my original instruction booklet but it didnt work for me....i tried so now i am chatting w/you.

The thing with Bose that will solve many problems, is unplug the unit for 5 seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, please give me the model number so I can look up some specific information on your radio.
