i have an older model wave music system (sn 033976c11155507ac) and a new wave connection kit for listening to an apple mini i pod and can not figure the proper hook up to make it all work.

Hello. My name is XXXX, XXX I can assist you. I assume you are referring to a Bose Wave radio? The only input connections would be RCA type input jacks, with a red and white jack. I do have the adapter with red and white jacks but my Bose radio does not have a red and white plug in. the Bose has an auxilary plug and an earphone plug in. Do I need another adapter?
What you need is the aux input. Why don't you give me a model number, so I can see why it's not 2 RCA connectors. If it takes a 3mm jack instead, that adapter is easy to find. Just send me the model. I can not find a model other than a bose wave system with an SN # XX 033976c11155507ac. I have the Bose on aux. and purchased a "Y" adapter from radio shack and have plugged it into the audio jack on the back of the radio, but still no sound. Any suggestions?
There has to be a model number. Is the a wave radio(like an alarm clock) or a full size unit at 1' tall and 1.5' wide and 1' deep? If you have an adapter now, what kind of plugs does it have on it?
