the cartridge is stuck and you just hear the CD being loaded over and over. you cannot change options to other items like radio etc. The unit seems stuck in the same mode.
Already Tried: Powered the unit off and back on multiple times with the same results.

Hello. My name is XXXXX XXXXX X can assist you. Generally, if the magazine is stuck, there is generally mechanical damage to the changer, or the magazine itself. There are sensors within the unit, that tell the microprocessor what "state" or mode, the unit is in. Apparently, the micro will not come out of that mode, until, at the very least, the magazine is ejected, and or the transport is repaired. Generally, there are gears that crack or break with age. If you can remove the magazine, that may take care of the issue, until of course, you reinsert it.I believe that answers your question. If you would, please take a moment to rate my answer. A rating of 3-5, will insure that I am compensated for my time and expertise.Thank you very much, and have a good evening.Dave
