I have two Apex systems and I need to reprogram them into a new central station but I cant remember how to get into programing so I can change the phone number its calling. I installed them about 15 years ago and lost my install books I just need someone to tell me how to get into programing and to the location so I can change the phone number the panel is calling

Customer: the system was installed 15 years ago
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just need to have some one tell me how to get into programing and what location to go to so I can change the phone number in the Apex 6100 control panel

from keypad mode (anytime the system is in an idle state) enter the service code (factory default of 9,1,7,3). The system will respond with ENTER PROGRAM MODE. The LED's on keypads will turn off (RK36) or the display will show "Program Mode Active" (RKLCD).
