We had a new router sent from Comcast. Since then out Lorex

We had a new router sent from Comcast. Since then out Lorex camera don't come up on my Lorex app just Blank.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 2 yrs
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just been trying to reset password ***** forgot thought it was 000000 Was on tech support a few weeks ago but got disconnected and they never called back
JA: Anything else you want the security expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just need my cameras working :)

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

This would not be a password ***** if you have a new router, that router would need to be configured to allow the remote access.

Specifically, several steps are necessary:
Configure router for ddns sevice

Set a static IP address for the dvr

Configure port forwarding to the dvr for both web and media ports

If this is not something you are comfortable doing yourself, I can help you do it remotely as well.
