My security system was giving me a 100 warning and beeping.

My security system was giving me a 100 warning and beeping. The last time I typed in my code and hit 1 on the keypad, it went completely blank (both keypads) I replaced ALL the batteries, 3 door connections and the main system battery. Still nothing !! Please help!
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Vista 10se, 18 yrs.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It was beeping on and off, and I would just hit my code + off (1) for a few months, and I got a 100 code. I researched the code and it said replace system battery, which I did. Still nothing. So I replaced the 3 door sensor batteries. Still nothing.
