I have a swann and all seemed to work fine until I started using 2016 Microsoft outlook
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Good Question, I can't find the model number, it is about 4 years old and has S/N on it, but no model number. It has CODR 81000H
