I have a samsungsdh-c75100 i installed the other night.

i have a samsungsdh-c75100 i installed the other night. tonight its asking for the id and password ***** when i type it in it says id mismatch
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: 1st time I've had to log into it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: theres nothing to do on the screen except for entering the id and password

Hi there,

Did you try the default password *****?

If its not the default setup then the only other way to recover it is a full factory reset. There should be a pin hole reset on the back.
