ok, then you can use the mouse insteadFirst, Left Click the User icon and Hold it for 10 seconds. Then while still holding the left click button, drag the cursor over the Time Section and release. If done correctly, a message will appear stating that the password ***** been reset to the default of "000000" (Zeros).
