Check that all covers on the control panel, sensors, etc are securely fitted.
If they are not then you will gt these tamper alerts.

Ok, first try a system reset if you haven't already done so, by entering the code.
If the error still appears then open the front door sensor again and check the tamper switch to ensure it is not damaged, then fit the cover again and ensure it is making contact with the tamper switch.

To reset the alarm, try just entering your user code.
