I purchased a Lorex LNR400 and had it professionally

I purchased a Lorex LNR400 and had it professionally installed. It worked for the installer, both with live and recorded video, but now I cannot bring up any recorded video. When I try to do so, I get pop-up windows saying that each of the three cameras is off-line. Is it possible to get help by phone?
