can not reset vista 20 by pressing # XXXXX *, it says busy standby, and 6150 rf says d1, after 1 minute says comunication failer, it shows alarm 99, check 6150 rf, 6150 shows error 100, FC, but still I can make it quiet by pressing code and off, the greenlight comes ( ready), unplugged the bateer, and power on/up again , 6160 shows "busy, standby d1, and 6150 shows d1, also the addresses on the kaypads are ok, 6160 set for 16 and 6150 set for 17. sytem was working fine basic three area monitoring ( 3 doors and one motion senso). mostion sensor is dead I think it needs batter perhaps, but all three door woking fine and they areconnected wirelssly ( 6150 RF), All I ned now to get that programing mode ( to show "20" or *20. thanks in adavnce for help.
Already Tried: I just bought 6160 kepad to change /add delay time for one of my doors. I connected the keypad, and floowed powering/down and up, first time it worked, I made mistake, added GSM ine of of the program area, now I can not get in to programming any more, as I said before, every time I power off/up, it says "busy, standby d1

not yet, almost a day passed. Your website was showing, "the expert waiting for your respond" all you need me to sumit my credit card, and after nothing happened. is this the way the website runs, make people thinks that some out there got your question and ready to answer as soon as you submit the credit card information.
