Customer Question

I have the Visionic Powermax system which is beeping and when I press the ok button for the report it keeps saying different problems, starting with battery low in hall, but I replaced that and then it said front door tamper alarm. I've changed battery in that but it still says it and if you keep pressing ok it says tamper alarm on all sensors except living room which it says batt low but I changed that 2months ago. Help! Thanks

Hi

Are you stepping through the "Memory" display or the "Trouble" display?

If the Memory display then these are just old events and can be ignored, however if it is the Trouble display then we have a major problem with the system...

Will the system arm?

Customer replied 301 days and 17 hours ago.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX to have solved it by turning off the power and disconecting the battery then reconecting. It seems to have rebooted.

Ok

Do you have your manual? This will explain the memory process for you (I think that might of been the mode you were in)... If not I can give you a copy and highlight the appropriate page... If it was the memory then you can expect this to reoccur if you change batteries or have an activation...

Customer replied 301 days and 3 hours ago.

No I have lost the manual and couldn't find one on line. A copy would be very useful thanks.

There are a number of different models... Is this a Powermax Plus? or just a powermax? any other names or model number will ensure I give you the right one..
