Hi

The keypad beeps are an installer programming function... To change this you need access to installer programming (install code) or will need to do a back door entry by powering down the whole system and powering up in a certain way...

There is no function on the keypad itself to control this other than desoldering the buzzer itself...

Is the alarm still under a contract with ADT?

Yes I am still under contract. How do I power down if I want to try that. Since it is under contract are you saying I need to get the techs out and pay the fee?

You can do it yourself but you will first need to find the control unit.... This is a box about a foot and a half square that is in the roof or in a cupboard up near the ceiling. Get the model number off that and come back to me...

Hi

You have left negative feedback for me is there more assistance I can give that would allow you to change that feedback?

I will need the model number off the control box to be able to assist you further...

Alternatively I can arrange a refund for you...
