Customer Question

Ademco 4275ex-sn motions constantly going in and out of Loss of Spvn while no other devices are having this problem. It is happening with every motion on the system. Is there a setting somewhere to change the amount of time before the system thinks the device is missing or is this a common problem with the 4275 and I just need to change all of them out, or possibly boost the voltage on the signaling line? This is really getting annoying trying to chase it down and any help would be appreciated.

Already Tried:
I have replaced one motion and with the same model and it did not correct the issue. I have tested the signalling line voltage at the end of line and it is within spec and should not be causing the issue.

Hi

So this is happening with every 4275 on the system?

What sort of cable have you run for your loop and what is the model of the panel... We may need to alter supervising poll period....
