Hallo there.I have got 4 channel IQCCTV DVR model nr:E4N but don't know what the password XXXXX XXXXX how to reset it factory settings.Can u help?.I have tried all different combinations but no success .

Removing internal battery for 30 min .

Where did you purchase this DVR? It's very hard to obtain this information from IQ unless you are a dealer. Did you purchase this unit from a local company or buy it online?

Customer : hi there.It was removed from working (upgraded to 16 channel.)
Customer : It was removed from my customer premises (I had upgraded to 16 channel.)
