We purchased a Lorex security system w/cameras from Costco

We purchased a Lorex security system w/cameras from Costco approx. 2 years ago. It is a 23" screen with 4 cameras (with the capability of having 8 cameras). The Model number is XXXXX We absolutley LOVE this system....however, today when we got home the screen was black. We have rebooted several times and the system attempts to come up and then shuts down and back up again and down. When you push the power off button on the front of the monitor it doesn't shut the system down. The only way to do this is pull the plug.

Up until we came home today the system was working great. Pictures were great.

I think our mistake was bringing home the system from Costco...my husband plugged it in and he ran the cables for the cameras and it worked! We didn't do anything else to the system even though it has many more capabilities. We are technology challenged big time. Is this a quick fix to bring the system up again...or can you suggest someone in the Orlando area that could check out our system and set it up properly? We paid a lot of money for this system and think it is AWESOME...therefore we want it back in working order again. Any suggestions?

Already Tried:
We have shut down the system several times in hopes it would reboot. That doesn't happen. It keeps bringingup the LOREX screen as it is timing to boot up and then shuts back down again...does this over and over.
