I have a ademco vista 4140xmpt card access system in my office that is not up and running. Understand that I need a RT110 Daughter Board. Are they available. If so, what would one cost? Also do you have someone in the Chicago area that services your equipment. I purchased my equipment through Wells Fargo. ADT bought them out. About a year ago ADT told me that they were no longer interested in servicing my existing equipment and want to sell me a whole new system. Have you tried calling Honeywell? They bought Ademco and may have spares...
Call around the alarm companies in your area and enquire if they are Ademco agents and can they source your part...
Relist: Answer quality.What is the telephone number for Honeywell. Also, I asked who in my area would service my type of equipment and was told I should call around. That is not a good answer. Also, I asked the cost of the needed part - This was not answered.
