    I have a Majestic Model # XXXXX RN vented gas log. We have owned this house for 8 years and have never used the gas fireplace. I tried to light the pilot light over the weekend. The electric igniter does not work so I used a candle lighter. But instead of lighting at the cap where it warms the thermocouplers, the flame lit through the air intake holes underneath.
