Hello. We have golden canes & foxtails at our industrial shed which have been killed by some type of rot or mite, and now I can see similar happening to some of the palms at home. The new 'spears' are stunted, and often black when they come out. When the old fronds are pulled off there are white "fluffy" looking things....don't know if they are mite (they don't appear to move) or a type of mold/fungus. Do you have a solution please?
