Have a small shed with a frame roof, I want to hang a block pulley up in the top of it, it is about 10 feet high at the peak but it does not have much in the way of support (see pic below) so I need to figure out what to do to support this better and also how to hang a pully up there, the pully is a chain hoist. I am going to hang deer from it during the season so they will be under 200 lbs. What can you suggest to put in here to do this? i put some arrows where I would like to get a rod so I could hang that pully up towards the top just worried about the structure as it has 2 cross members/2x4's and that is it.
