I have realy not benifitted by using this forum and I did not like the fact that funds were taken befor I even got a proper responce .

I had to ask a lot of questions to try to get information. Information should have been given more readily and more questions asked by him.

it turned out that the problem was not in the heater but was a flow problem with the pump so I did not use the answer.
