Both finishes are very durable with epoxy generally being a better product for wear surfaces. But as a practical matter epoxy is a 2 part product that has to be mixed just prior to application. So since you're spraying the finish I'd stick with urethane.
Sounds like you're using a catalyzed urethane finish. Unless this is a wear surface there is no benefit to epoxy over urethane.
